Should a delay occur you need to hear from Rand Riders, not from your client! Every time we collect, you know we will deliver. All Rand Riders drivers are trained to advise of any unexpected delays and key staff in the control centre monitor each job through to the end, alerting you to any problem. Rand Riders can also provide you with proof of delivery the very moment your package reaches its destination with the exact time of delivery and the name of the recipient.
Whether it is a routine delivery or a special request, the control centre and driver aim to earn your respect as dedicated professionals.
Management reports
To assist you with monitoring and controlling your usage of couriers or with billing on to clients, invoices can be subtotalled by each of your cost centres or client codes whichever is most convenient.

With Rand Riders it is our responsibility to assist you in identifying ways to save money and time. By analysing the pattern of your work we can suggest improvements in both service quality and cost.
For example:
- For long distance journeys our Economy Service may be cheaper and faster.
- However, because Rand Riders Economy Service calculates its cost by weight, heavy packages are often better sent by dedicated van.
- Similarly, a single vehicle delivering several packages on a multidrop delivery is cheaper than sending several vehicles to cover the same workload.
